1-How can I change or modify my order?
For now, you are only able to change your order or cancel it by contacting us directly. Please note that we can not cancel some orders as they have already been processed.
2- Do I have to pay any extra fees for the order?
No, Shop724 won’t charge any extra fee for collecting and packing your order.
3- How long does it take for a seller to answer my tickets?
It usually takes up to 2 business days so a seller answers your ticket. If the seller doesn’t respond to your request, you can contact us directly using the contact us page. Please rest assured that we are here to help and answer your questions.
