L&#8217;\u00e9tape principale de la cuisson de ce plat est de go\u00fbter la viande de poulet. Lorsque vous embrochez des poulets, assurez-vous d&#8217;embrocher les morceaux de poitrine et de filet ensemble et les morceaux de poulet, d&#8217;aile et de cuisse s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Parce que la viande des diff\u00e9rentes parties du corps du poulet est diff\u00e9rente et que certaines parties sont grill\u00e9es et cuites plus rapidement. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&#8217;utiliser deux brochettes parall\u00e8les pour r\u00f4tir les cuisses afin que la t\u00eate des cuisses passe d&#8217;une brochette et le bas des cuisses passe \u00e0 travers l&#8217;autre brochette.<br \/>\n\u00c9tape 10 : \u00c9gouttez le beurre et lorsque les brochettes cuisent sur le gril, badigeonnez-les d&#8217;une petite quantit\u00e9 de beurre, ce qui rendra les brochettes plus d\u00e9licieuses.<br \/>\n\u00c9tape 11 : Coupez les tomates en deux et embrochez-les.
